Actor and politician Ravi Kishan has recently found himself at the centre of a new wave of internet attention. From his energetic dance performances and singing clips to his candid comments during interviews, several videos featuring the actor have gone viral on social media.

The sudden surge in online popularity has even become a topic of discussion at home. Ravi Kishan recently shared that his wife, Preeti Shukla, jokingly suggested that the family should keep him inside a room so he would stop appearing in viral videos.

Ravi Kishan Shares His Wife's Reaction

During a recent appearance on News18 India, Ravi Kishan spoke about his wife's reaction to his growing presence on Instagram and other social media platforms.

According to the actor, Preeti would joke that every time he stepped out of the house, another video of his would become popular online. He recalled her telling their children that they should simply lock him in a room so that he would neither go out nor become viral.

The remark came as Ravi Kishan's social media popularity has grown significantly, with clips of his stage performances, dance moves and outspoken interviews attracting widespread attention.

Ravi Kishan's Long Marriage to Preeti Shukla

Ravi Kishan and Preeti Shukla have been married since 1993. The couple has four children, three daughters named Riva, Ishita and Tanishka, and a son, Saksham.

The actor has previously spoken about the important role his wife has played in his personal and professional life, particularly during difficult phases of his career.

When His Wife Sent Him to Bigg Boss

Ravi Kishan had earlier revealed that Preeti once took a drastic step when she felt he was becoming too arrogant and was pushing himself too hard professionally.

In an interview with Camera7 last year, he recalled a period when he was working on as many as 17 films at the same time. He said he would work across three shifts, sleep in his car while travelling between sets and sometimes shoot for multiple films at the same studio.

The actor admitted that after experiencing financial struggles earlier in his career, he became extremely determined to hold on to his success. However, he felt that this eventually contributed to an arrogant attitude.

Ravi Kishan said his wife decided to send him to Bigg Boss, where he spent around three months. According to him, the experience changed his perspective and helped him become a more balanced person.

He also credited the reality show with increasing his popularity among audiences. After leaving the show, he began receiving more opportunities from the Hindi film industry and eventually moved into politics.

Ravi Kishan's Recent Film Appearance

Ravi Kishan was most recently seen on the big screen in Dhamaal 4. He played the character Adhoora in the film, which also featured Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi and Riteish Deshmukh.

While his career continues across cinema and politics, his latest viral moments have added another dimension to his popularity, with even his family now joking about his frequent appearances across social media.
